And the winner for most overpriced car on craigslist !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! who thinks 100k miles and mods make this New Edge automatic Mustang GT worth more than its successor generation (S197) which vastly outperforms it. He wants 14000$ for an 11 year-old Mustang that's been modified (which, by the way, does not improve a car's value contrary to popular belief) that could have its doors blown off by cheaper supercharged New Edges or even newer Stangs.
**READ FULL POST FOR MOD LIST** I have a 2004 mustang gt looking to sell or trade. It's extremely clean with only 100xxx miles on it. Paint in perfect, and washed/waxed every two weeks. Has nice tan leather interior, almost perfect. Ice cold a/c, and toasty heat. Oil changed every 3k miles with full synthetic penzoil 5w-30, and a k&n oil filter. Top notch maintenance parts only, everything has been kept up to date with no problems. In Memphis at dynoSpeed, it put down 322 rwhp and 335 rwtq. Only cars I'll trade for is a wrx/Sti or a caliber/neon srt4. Text me at !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!!
Cosmetic upgrades: mach 1 chin spoiler with a mach 1 grille delete kit, shorty antenna, and since it's the premium gt it has the rare crimson red paint job. Also 03-04 cobra folding mirrors which are 300 dollars alone.
Performance upgrades: acufab throttle body and plenum with a bbk cold air intake, procomp racing intake manifold, grenatelli hot street performance coil on plugs, 262 cams steeda under drive pulleys, 373 gears, flowmaster 44 exhaust with a bbk off-road xpipe, flaming river rack and pinion and steering shaft, h&r super race lowering springs, KYB shocks and struts, hankook w rated tires with 70% tread left, a cobra front brake conversion a dynospeed tune, and it comes with a 93 octane tune and transmission tune. It also has a 3k stall converter for good launches, it's drivin spiritedly no hard. Ready for something new, so text me at 478-9one9-0five3four

Isn't that every seller on craigslist?
Automatic Mustangs take a HUGE hit on resale value compared to manuals. He'd be lucky to get $10k for that car.

Pretty, for sure. But not $14000 pretty. The insides of the wheels were nice and clean, too. I like how he showed the clay he uses on the car....

KBB says $7k at BEST for a Mustang GT premium coupe with an automatic and 100k miles. I doubt he'll get more than $8k for it if he ever pulls his head out of his ass. The mods will turn away most regular car-buyers and drag racers don't want it because they can buy/build faster autos for less than his asking price or KBB value.

9/10 clean, it'd get a perfect 10 if the driver's seat wasn't cracked.

That's good, but I raise you this:

Clearly trying to recoup the cost of all the questionable cosmetic mods he did to use it as a billboard for his dealership (?).

those things just feel like straight junk on the road anyways. Every tactile thing in it feels like it comes off a Festiva. CPPPPPPPP

Give me a moment, and I'll throw my '86 Volvo 740 up for $30k, as it sits...

The car does look extremely well cared for, and clean. But not $14,000 clean. For $14k there better be a little something something in it.

Wow. Clearly a dealer inspired price. Let me list things at what they cost and Tag that onto the price. That's not how modifications work. When will they learn?

That blue tubing should be routed to a centrifugal supercharger.

I can top that: This guy wants $31,000 for his "moded" 2013 WRX- nearly $5,000 more than a brand new one !
Or how 'bout this: $8,000 for a VW Rabbit.
